Formed in 1982 whilst still at school, POLITICAL ASYLUM hailed from Stirling in Scotland and became one of the most unique bands within the ever developing DIY anarcho-punk scene, by taking inspiration from a wider spectrum of influences, from US hardcore bands and mainstream rock within their more melodic sound. “How The West Was Won” is the fourth and final instalment of the bands reissues, and compiles their final 10” mini album from 1992 with bonus tracks taken from their live shows at the legendary 924 Gilman Street in Berkeley California in 1989 - with all tracks previously unreleased on CD before
